Antique Kid Leather Native American Beadwork Gloves - XXS
Dating from the first half of the twentieth century, these beautiful kid leather gloves have an extended cuff, with an applique section of beaded velvet attached.
The beadwork looks very much like Native American work and it is more than possible that these were made by indigenous people for the Western market.
There is considerable wear to the velvet base, but excluding one loose thread, the beadwork is secure and complete.
These gloves are really tiny, and are probably best suited to display use. The width of the palm is less than three inches in width, with the fingers measuring just over 2.5 inches each.
